Booking Terms

1. Booking Process

You may initiate a booking through any of the following channels:

• Online via the PansroSafar website booking flow
• By submitting an inquiry form and confirming via phone or WhatsApp
• Directly with our travel experts at +91 8128725517

A booking is confirmed only when: (a) you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp message) from PansroSafar, and (b) the required advance payment has been received and verified.

2. Booking Advance & Payment Schedule

• Advance Deposit: A minimum of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The exact percentage is specified on the package page.
• Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at least 15 days before departure unless otherwise specified.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Traveler Information

You are responsible for providing accurate details for all travelers in your group, including:

• Full legal names (as per government-issued ID)
• Age and date of birth
• Government-issued ID numbers (Aadhaar / Passport)
• Any dietary restrictions or medical conditions relevant to the tour

Errors in traveler information that result in denied boarding, entry, or service are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

4. Standard Inclusions (Unless Stated Otherwise)

• Accommodation as per package (twin/double sharing basis unless specified)
• Meals as mentioned in the itinerary (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)
• Transportation as described (AC vehicle, train, flight as applicable)
• Sightseeing as per the itinerary
• Tour manager / guide (where specified)

5. Standard Exclusions (Unless Stated Otherwise)

• Airfare (unless explicitly included)
• Personal expenses: tips, laundry, telephone, minibar, room service
• Entry fees to monuments and attractions (unless specified)
• Travel insurance (recommended — available via PansroSafar)
• Visa fees for international tours
• Porter charges / excess baggage
• Any services not mentioned in the itinerary

6. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to deliver every tour exactly as described, unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, political events, natural calamities) may require itinerary modifications. PansroSafar and the tour operator reserve the right to substitute hotels of similar category, alter sightseeing order, or modify transportation arrangements without prior notice.

7. Single Supplement

Package rates are generally based on twin/double room sharing. If you are traveling solo and require a single room, a single supplement charge will apply. Please confirm this with our team before booking.

8. Child Policy

• Children (2–11 years): With one bed — up to 50% discount; Without bed — up to 75% discount (varies by package)
• Infants (below 2 years): Generally complimentary for domestic tours
• Exact child pricing is specified on the individual package page

9. Travel Documents

All travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including:

• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) for domestic tours
• Valid Passport and applicable Visa for international tours
• Any health certificates required by destination countries

10. Health & Fitness

Some tours (especially Dham Yatra, adventure, or high-altitude packages) require reasonable physical fitness. You are responsible for assessing your health and fitness before booking. PansroSafar is not liable for health incidents arising from failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.

11. Behaviour & Conduct

PansroSafar expects all travelers to behave responsibly and respectfully toward co-travelers, guides, hotel staff, and local communities. PansroSafar or the tour operator reserves the right to remove a traveler from a tour without refund if their conduct is deemed dangerous or disruptive.

12. Governing Terms

These Booking Terms are supplementary to our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with PansroSafar.
