1. Agreement Overview
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and GPL Sales Enterprise, operating as PansroSafar ("Platform"). By creating an account or using any authenticated feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features (bookings, wallet, rewards, referrals), you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be solely responsible for all activity under your account.
One person may not maintain more than one customer account. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts may result in permanent suspension.
3. Customer Users
As a customer, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful travel inquiries and bookings.
- Provide genuine traveler details for all bookings.
- Adhere to the booking, cancellation, and payment terms of each reservation.
- Not submit false inquiries or fraudulent payment information.
- Not misuse the rewards, referral, or wallet system.
4. Partner Users
Travel partners listed on PansroSafar agree to:
- Provide accurate package descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Honor confirmed bookings at the agreed price and itinerary.
- Maintain required licenses and permits for tour operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Comply with PansroSafar's quality standards and partner guidelines.
5. Affiliate & Influencer Users
Affiliates and influencers agree to:
- Promote PansroSafar services honestly and transparently.
- Not engage in spam, false advertising, or misleading claims.
- Comply with applicable disclosure requirements (e.g., marking sponsored content).
- Not create fake referrals, clicks, or conversions.
- Respect the commission structure and payout timeline defined in the affiliate program.
6. Wallet & Rewards
PansroSafar offers a digital wallet and rewards system for eligible users. By participating:
- Wallet credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Rewards and coins earned are subject to expiry and usage terms as communicated within the platform.
- Misuse of the wallet or rewards system (including fraudulent referrals) will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
- PansroSafar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.
7. Prohibited Activities
All users are prohibited from:
- Creating fake bookings, inquiries, or reviews.
- Attempting to manipulate pricing, availability, or search results.
- Reverse-engineering any part of the platform.
- Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward any party on the platform.
- Circumventing PansroSafar to deal directly with partners or users to avoid platform fees.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
PansroSafar may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
- Violate any provision of this Agreement or our Terms & Conditions.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Receive multiple verified complaints from other users or partners.
Upon termination, your access to the platform and all associated data (including wallet balance and rewards, subject to applicable law) may be forfeited. You may appeal terminations by contacting support@pansrosafar.com.
9. Amendments
We may update this Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
