Transparent cancellation terms and refund timelines for all your bookings

The following cancellation charges apply to most tour packages unless the individual package listing specifies otherwise:

| 15–29 days | 25% of total booking amount |
| 8–14 days | 50% of total booking amount |
| 3–7 days | 75% of total booking amount |
| Less than 3 days / No Show | 100% of total booking amount (No Refund) |
Note: Some packages — especially festival tours, Dham Yatra, honeymoon packages, and premium/customized itineraries — may have stricter non-refundable deposit requirements. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
To cancel your booking:
Cancellation requests submitted via email or WhatsApp will be acknowledged within 24 business hours. The cancellation date will be the date on which the written request is received.
Once a cancellation is approved and the applicable deduction is calculated, refunds are processed as follows:
Refunds are credited to the original payment source. GST is non-refundable as per applicable tax laws.

In rare circumstances (natural disasters, civil unrest, operator failure, government restrictions, etc.), PansroSafar or the travel partner may cancel a tour. In such cases:
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is treated as a fresh booking if dates change by more than 30 days. A rescheduling fee may apply. Contact our support team to explore rescheduling options.
For flights, hotels, trains, buses, cabs, and insurance booked via our affiliate partners, the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers apply. PansroSafar facilitates the request but is not responsible for the refund timelines of third parties.
