1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PansroSafar website, mobile application, or any related services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. About PansroSafar

PansroSafar (www.pansrosafar.com) is a travel marketplace and affiliate booking platform owned and operated by GPL Sales Enterprise, a GST-registered business entity in India (GSTIN: GSQPS8666J). We facilitate tour package bookings, travel service inquiries, and affiliate travel bookings between travelers and verified travel partners.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform (including booking packages, wallet, and rewards), you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

PansroSafar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

4. Bookings and Payments

All tour package bookings made through PansroSafar are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective travel partner. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified and issuance of a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Payments are processed via Cashfree, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. PansroSafar does not store your card details. GST at applicable rates will be charged on all bookings. You will receive a valid GST invoice for each confirmed booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by tour package and travel partner. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed timelines, charges, and procedures. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation policy.

6. Affiliate Services

PansroSafar acts as an affiliate for third-party services including flights, hotels, trains, buses, cabs, visa, and travel insurance. Bookings made for these services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. PansroSafar is not liable for service failures, delays, or changes caused by third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PansroSafar — including text, images, logos, icons, design elements, and software — is the property of GPL Sales Enterprise or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Engage in any form of spam, phishing, or abusive behavior toward our team or partners.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GPL Sales Enterprise (PansroSafar) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to travel disruptions, loss of baggage, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPL Sales Enterprise, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PansroSafar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. 12. Modifications

PansroSafar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
