All online payments on PansroSafar are processed through Cashfree Payments, a RBI-registered and PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. PansroSafar does not store your card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. All payment data is transmitted and stored securely by Cashfree.

PansroSafar is operated by GPL Sales Enterprise (GSTIN: GSQPS8666J). GST is applicable on all bookings at the rates prescribed by the Government of India for travel services:
A valid GST invoice will be emailed to you after payment confirmation. The invoice will reflect GPL Sales Enterprise as the issuing entity.
All payments on PansroSafar are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international packages, the equivalent INR amount is displayed based on current exchange rates. PansroSafar is not responsible for currency fluctuations between booking and travel date.
Payment gateway convenience fees, if applicable, will be displayed on the payment page before you confirm your transaction. PansroSafar does not charge hidden booking fees beyond what is clearly displayed.

If your payment fails but your bank account is debited, the amount will be reversed within 5–7 business days by your bank. Contact your bank's customer support with the transaction reference if not received.

Refunds are processed per our Refund & Cancellation Policy and credited to the original payment method. Processing times: UPI/Net Banking (5–7 days), Credit Cards (7–10 days). GST once paid is non-refundable.
